Coastal Surveying Company was formed in 1968 on Hilton Head Island, SC. This makes us the oldest and most experienced land surveying company in the area. Coastal Surveying has been involved with the creation of Palmetto Dunes, Long Cove Club, Wexford Plantation, Indigo Run and the world-famous Sea Pines Plantation. Here at Coastal Surveying, we pride ourselves on a rich history and a deep love and appreciation for the Lowcountry and surrounding areas. This passion has led us to become one of the most proficient land surveying firms in the area with regards to A.L.T.A. surveys, Ocean and Coastal Resource Management Surveys, Beach Act Surveys, Subdivision Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Tree and Topographic Surveys, As-builts, Wetland Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Commercial Construction Layout and even Golf Course Layout.

In 2017, Coastal added a land management division with a primary focus on vegetation management. This division has grown in recent years to not only offer clients forestry mulching and bushhogging, but we now offer dirt work services, debris removal and much more.

For more than five decades, our reputation has been built on accuracy, efficiency, and relationships. Our core staff has been with us for 40 years, providing the kind of consistency, reliability, and deep regional knowledge that only comes from long-term experience.
